Due to our continued growth, Vargo Physical Therapy is currently seeking full-time Physical Therapists. We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate they are an exceptional and dynamically skilled PT who is passionate about treating and rehabilitating patients. 

We are looking for an exceptional and customer-serviced focused full-time Front Office Coordinator at our Moorpark office. This position is for 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate is an energetic, outgoing and detail-oriented individual to perform the following duties in a friendly and efficient manner. The candidate can expect to multi-task continuously, possess excellent customer service skills, collect co-payments, effectively utilize Raintree EMR system in an efficient manner for scheduling patients and patient records, verify and obtain appropriate authorizations from insurance Providers and referring physicians. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of medical front office experience, an AA or higher degree and understand medical terminology. Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
