Benja Vongtongdee, PTA
Benja Vongtongdee earned his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at California State University, Fullerton and is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated from Casa Loma College in Van Nuys.
"Is a licensed physical therapist assistant. Born and raised in North Hollywood, Ben’s interest in physical therapy peaked after he suffered a significant knee injury playing high school football. His personal experience with rehab led him to attend California State University, Fullerton where he earned his bachelor’s in Kinesiology with an emphasis in gerokinesiology. Ben worked as a rehab aide to gain valuable experience and applied to Casa Loma College where he earned his PTA license and degree.
Ben finds joy in providing his patients with compassionate, informative, and evidence-based care. He specializes in orthopedics, ACL rehab, sports performance, and geriatrics. Ben also had experience in inpatient care during his clinical rotation at Rancho Los Amigos Rehabilitation Center where he worked with stroke patients using gait analysis, functional training, and neuromuscular re-education techniques.
During his free time, Ben enjoys working on his personal fitness, PC gaming, taking trips to the beach, and rooting for his favorite sports teams the Los Angeles Lakers and Dodgers.
