Erika Wensil, PT, DPT

is a licensed physical therapist at the Moorpark and Westlake Village Vargo and holds a doctorate in physical therapy.  Dr. Wensil has experience working with a wide variety of patients ranging from infants to geriatrics. Her primary goal is to optimize patient’s functional capacity.  

Dr. Wensil received her bachelor’s degree in human development from the University of California, San Diego. She worked as a behavioral therapist for children with Autism for a year before going to graduate school. Later she earned her clinical doctorate in physical therapy from Touro University Nevada. In her training, she worked at a number of various internships and gained experience in several different outpatient, hospital, NICU, and skilled nursing facility settings.  Dr. Wensil is additionally certified in ASTYM and CPR.

When not at work, Dr. Wensil enjoys playing soccer, hiking, competing in obstacle course races, marathons, and summiting various Mt peaks.
