Before going back to school at age 35 to get my DPT I was a personal trainer/strength coach at 24 hour fitness specializing in program design and corrective exercise. My passion for helping others to achieve peak function and success sent me on the path of transitioning from trainer to therapist. During my clinical experience I was introduced to a variety of settings including Acute Care, Sports Rehab and Work-related Injuries. As my career continues to develop I'm looking forward to furthering my skill set in post-op rehab, functional mobilization and pain science. My focus as a Health Care Professional is based on patient centered care, a growth oriented mindset for continued education and empowering individuals to take charge of their own health and well-being.
My favorite pastimes include spending time with my wife and son, going on new and exciting adventures with my friends and family, hiking with my buddies and developing my skills as a culinary enthusiast.
